AutoDealer Pro to Debut the Industry"s 1st "HI-DEF" DMS at NIADA Convention

Enhanced technology streamlines sales transaction process for auto dealers LAKEWOOD, OH, June 21, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- AutoDealer Pro, one of the premier providers of dealer management systems (DMS) for independent auto dealers, will release its highly anticipated HI-DEF DMS at this year"s National Independent Auto Dealers Association Convention in Orlando Florida. This convention draws thousands of auto dealers from across the country to address topics of interest to the industry and to meet with vendors selling the latest products for those dealers. With dealers having to manage multiple functions from their systems, they are constantly looking for ways to simplify the process and gain efficiency whenever possible. Building on their successful DMS platform AutoDealer Pro put dynamic new features into their HI-DEF DMS product. New functionality includes the Automatic Web Form Filler, the Integrated Accounting and the Digital Deal Jacket. • Automatic Web Form Filler allows the dealer to pre-populate fields in almost any form with data that has already been entered into the ADPro system. This means no retyping of customer, vehicle or transaction information when the dealers use their various online resources such as CAC, DealerTrack, Carfax, or Online DMV forms. • Integrated Accounting allows dealers to add expenses to a vehicle and then automatically show that expense in the Accounts Payable section. Creating a check for a vehicle expense would automatically appear on the total cost of that vehicle. Other accounting capabilities such as deposits and bank reconciliation are handled here as well. • Digital Deal Jacket houses all the documents related to a sales transaction and allows dealers to store, email, fax or reprint any scanned documents related to the deal. So in addition to the paper deal jacket dealers maintain now, they can now house digital versions of the buyer"s driver"s license, insurance card, finance stips, or vehicle titles electronically in the Digital Deal Jacket. Kevin Simmons, chief Software Architect of AutoDealer Pro says, "Of the many features in our new HI-DEF DMS, the Automatic Web Form Filler is sure to be the most popular. With aftermarket products and vendors it is not unusual for a dealer to enter the same information into four, five or six website forms. These include vehicle history sites, online lenders or brokers (each with their own unique credit application), Motor Vehicle forms, auto portal sites, GPS vehicle tracking sites and others. This is trending to be more complicated in the future. Our Form Filler eliminates all that double entry." The strength of the HI-DEF DMS comes from its centralization of data, ease of use, and the universal compatibility to web-based and local applications. Those strengths combined with customization and employee level security options make AutoDealer Pro"s HI-DEF DMS worth considering for any sized dealership.
