Support for MicroStation V8i
As long term Bentley Enterprise Developers, Savoy are committed to offering fast implementations of AutoTrack on all new versions of MicroStation. Now, we are proud to say, AutoTrack is the first vehicle swept path program to run natively in the recently released MicroStation V8i. AutoTrack"s setup program automatically detects and installs support for MicroStation V8i.
Driver-Controlled Variable Ratio Steering Linkages
AutoTrack 8.5 is the first program of its type to model driver controlled variable linkages. AutoTrack has been able to model ever more complex mechanical steering linkages since 1991 and now, with variable linkages controlled by the driver, we take a further major step forward. Essentially the system allows the linkage ratio to be altered, within a specified range, during driving and emulates the type of linkage used in many oversized vehicles. Now, with AutoTrack, engineers & planners have the tool they need to plan and verify vehicle access before going on the road.
New Language Versions
AutoTrack 8.5 is now available in Spanish and German, in addition to the original English and French. The addition of these two languages will make the power of AutoTrack accessible to thousands more engineers, architects and planners around the world.
