Security researchers discovered that new malicious code spread through the black market is making its way onto some of the largest corporate Web sites in the world. San Jose-based Finjan, a security company specializing in Web gateway solutions, announced today that it uncovered a database containing more than 8700 harvested FTP account credentials, including usernames, passwords and server addresses, spread through a malicious toolkit, which cyber criminals use to harvest the information.

CES 2008: Kopin Claims Smallest Color SVGA Display.

Kopin, a US manufacturer of microdisplays for mobile consumer and military applications, recently announced what it claims is the smallest color SVGA display (800з—600 resolution) in the LCD industry. The CyberDisplay SVGA LVS microdisplay has the same size (0.44" diagonal) as Kopin"s current CyberDisplay VGA display (640з—480 resolution), allowing it to utilize the same optics and housing developed for the VGA display.
