Lacie Announces External 4x Blu-ray Writer.

Ò  Lacie has increased the burn speeds of its d2 Blu-ray drive from a 2x to a 4x rating. The drive is equipped with FireWire 400 and USB 2.0 interfaces, supports dual-layer Blu-ray discs and comes with Roxioò€™s Easy Media Creator software for Windows and Toast Titanium for Mac. The drive is available now for a suggested retail price of $649.99.
