Modern Warfare 2 Trailer Released, Looking Good.

Still modern. Still warfare. Okay, so itò€™s not called Call of Duty anymore. Now itò€™s just Modern Warfare, and the first real trailer for the sequel is here. Originally announced at the Game Developers Conference in late March, Modern Warfare 2 is the direct follow-up to the immensely popular Call of Duty 4. When we first learned about it, the first materials contained nearly no visual footage, instead only relying on audio. Now we have a full two-minute trailer showing off real-time footage. As expected, the game is still very much about warfare ò€“ and itò€™s still set in modern times. When Call of Duty 4 came out, it was one of the best looking games at the time. Modern Warfare 2 appears to be built from the same base technology as itò€™s predecessor, though weò€™re sure that thereò€™s been several upgrades all around. Modern Warfare 2 Worldwide Reveal Trailer Modern Warfare 2 will be in stores on November 10, 2009. Infinity Ward hasnò€™t yet said which for which platforms itò€™ll be hitting, but Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC are safe bets.
