Global DRAM output rises 9% in October.
Global DRAM output continued to escalate in October with total output reaching 685.8 million 256Mbit equivalent units, which represents a sequential growth of over 9%, according to figures from DRAMeXchange. Despite memory makers being conservative about the acceptance of DDR2 in the market, figures indicated that global DDR2 output continues to ramp regardless of those uncertainties.
