POSitive Software Company Adds Section Manager to POSitive Retail Manager

POSitive Retail Manager Section Manager allows items on an invoice, order or quote to be grouped into easily managed, user definable sections. /Software News Articles/ - RICHLAND, WA, February 17, 2008 - POSitive Software Company has added a unique new feature called "Section Manager" to the latest version of POSitive Retail Manager. Section Manager allows items on an invoice, order or quote to be grouped into easily managed, user definable sections. "The concept of Section Manager is simple, but it gives users an enormous flexibility when creating large invoices, orders or quotes", said Wayne Heaton, V.P. of Sales for POSitive Software. "For example, a landscaping company may divide a quote for a project into "Front Yard", "Back Yard", "Side Yard", or whatever way makes sense for them." "Section Manager organizes everything like chapters in a book, so you can jump right to the section you want to work on without having to scroll through a long list of items", continued Heaton. "You select the section you want by simply clicking on a Tab. Tabs are added as you create sections, and each Tab only displays the items in that section. In the landscaping example, clicking on the "Front Yard" Tab would show only items for the Front Yard, clicking on the "Back Yard" Tab would show only items in the Back Yard." The POSitive Retail Manager Section Manager supports a virtually unlimited number of sections, with each one having its own unique name. Individual sections may also be broken out and invoiced separately, simplifying partial deliveries, or printed and viewed as a single transaction. POSitive Retail Manager is part of a suite of products that includes retail store management, e-commerce and credit card processing. A demonstration video for Section Manager may be viewed at www.gopositive.com.
